Biography
Irene Ratliff was born in Los Angeles, California. She earned a bachelor's degree from California State University, Dominguez Hills in 2010. She earned an associate degree in business administration from El Camino College in 2020. Ratliff's career experience includes working in consultation, legal studies, and as an administrator with Street Meet Company.[1]
