Deutschlands führender U-Boot-Bauer Thyssenkrupp Marine Systems steht seit zwei Jahren zum Verkauf. Nun gibt es einen konkreten Zeitplan. Ein US-Fonds und der Bund sollen zentrale Rollen übernehmen – damit ein konsolidiertes deutsches Marinewerft-Unternehmen entsteht.
