Unique to this program, students may fulfill a KAIST degree requirement by completing the curriculum of an approved NYU minor.

KAIST students with general inquiries about studying at NYU as well as questions about the KAIST-NYU minor program can email Bobin Kim.

Dual Degrees

KAIST and NYU have begun to develop a number of dual-degree programs. These programs will allow students to complete the requirements for two degrees — one from each institution — in reduced time and with a unique cross-continental profile.

Future Vision

The two universities aim to craft a cutting-edge approach to interdisciplinary, socially and globally minded, problem-driven engineering education that will prepare emerging scientists to use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven techniques to model and solve real-world problems in the 21st century. Grounded in a philosophical and ethical frameworks, this education will combine academic strengths from both institutions. It will be coupled with access to unparalleled industrial partnerships and a global network of research and teaching facilities. Students will receive an experience available only at NYU and KAIST.
