Triona McCarthy: From boarding school to work trips, I can pack like a pro - so here’s my top space saving products

My training began with years of packing for boarding school. After that, working as a fashion buyer and now going on press trips for work have honed my skills to a fine art.

How do I do it? When it comes to skin, Jane and Katherine Mulrooney are at the forefront of advances in cosmetic dermatology treatments. I obviously love to smell divine at all times, so I bring the Travalo Perfume Pod (€12.50, boots.ie) with me when I travel. You can fill your pod atomiser with your favourite fragrance, and the 5ml reservoir gives you approximately 65 sprays. It weighs just 14g and is approved for air travel.
