Military Close, Creagh Road, Ballinrobe, Co Mayo Asking price: From €220,000 Agent: Property Partners Emma Gill (094) 9542819

There was great excitement in Ballinrobe last weekend as Military Close was launched in style. It’s the first development of its kind to be built in the town in over 10 years so locals had good reason to party the afternoon away.

Only five houses were released in this first phase, and two are already sale agreed. There will be 14 properties in total at the development. These include one four-bed detached house, and three-beds that will be either semi-detached or terraced. The four-bed has a floor area of 1,475sq ft and the three-beds are approximately 1,152sq ft. Prices go from €220,000 to €225,000 for the three-beds in this phase.

Each home will have oil-fired central heating and high-speed fibre broadband. Kitchens will be fully fitted with a selection of colours and countertops to choose from.

The development is in the townland of Rathkelly which is a five-minute walk from Ballinrobe village. All homes at the scheme are already built so just require the kitchens to be fitted as per the buyer’s preference.

The houses are available to view by appointment through Property Partners Emma Gill on (094) 954 2819.
