​Drogheda as a commuter town is not losing any of its appeal. Local agents say that hybrid working has increased the demand for homes in the area over the last two years, particularly with homebuyers who are looking for something more affordable.

New phases at two developments in Drogheda have just been launched. Newtown Wood is on its third phase, with the first one launched back in summer of 2021.

When complete, there will be 217 units in total at the scheme on the Termonfeckin Road.

All homes at Newtown Wood will come with an A-rating, with buyers of this phase expected to receive their keys in April or May of next year.
