Francis Gonley works off-farm as well as running a lowland and hill sheep enterprise on the outskirts of Sligo town, so he wants a definite end to the lambing of his lowland ewes, to help manage his workload.

Rams were introduced to the lowland flock on October 15 and removed after six weeks.
