Sheep prices rise again – but hogget may have hit a peak

I’m not a great one for heights. Don’t get me wrong, I worked on roofs and sheds as young fella and thought nothing of it once I got into the habit, but as you get older you become more cautious, and the thought today of climbing to the top couple of rungs of a ladder is daunting.
All that said, those on the processing side of the sheep business went up another couple of steps yesterday as they lifted quotes across all sectors.
