Factories dig heels in but store lamb prices soar at marts

The ICM group lifted their quote for lamb yesterday by 10c/kg, but all this did was consolidate factory prices around last week’s levels.
The ICMs move to €6.35+20c/kg quality assurance, while Dawn Ballyhaunis and Kildare Chilling are unchanged on €6.45+10c/kg QA and €6.50+10c/kg QA respectively.
