Payments under the Suckler Carbon Efficiency Programme (SCEP) have commenced.
The Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Charlie McConalogue confirmed the payment of over €46 million to some 15,364 farmers participating in the Suckler Carbon Efficiency Programme this week.
