IFA pull out of Farmers Charter talks Department plans to delay farm payments

IFA has pulled out of Farmers’ Charter negotiations with the Department of Agriculture and other farm organisations.
IFA President Tim Cullinan said that it will not be attending any further negotiations until it meets with Minister McConalogue to discuss the proposed delay in farm payment dates and the overall Charter negotiating process.
