Farmers with ‘urgent requirement’ to start work under TAMS 3 advised to contact Department
Over 9,000 farmers applied to tranche 2 of the scheme, which closed to applications in January.
A priority approval mechanism for TAMS 3 applications is now open for Tranche 2 and farmers with an urgent requirement to start work are being advised to contact the Department of Agriculture.
The Minister for Agriculture Charlie McConalogue said their applications will be assessed to determine whether there is an urgent need to issue approval, and it will be prioritised accordingly.
