Enhanced flexibility measures for participants in the Suckler Carbon Efficiency Programme (SCEP) have been announced by the Department of Agriculture.
The move comes to address potential challenges arising from the November announcement of changes to the Irish Cattle Breeding Federation (ICBF) evaluations.
