Query: Dear Mary Frances, the clutch went on my farm jeep in the summer of 2021 and after consultation, I got a garage in the area to fit a new clutch.
The garage took four months to carry out the work. I was told something happened during the repair. I got the whole “it’s not straightforward, it happens with one in 100 jeeps, blah blah blah” spiel. In the meantime, I was provided with a replacement jeep.
