Remote working is not the “new norm” for all workers, but those who don’t have flexible arrangements and feel they should now have a better chance of achieving greater work-life balance.

Since Thursday, new legal protections cover all workers if they want to ask their employer to work outside the office for a few days, or even the whole week.
