Q My management team is hopelessly split about how our company should move forward, and there is now regular conflict among senior personnel, some of them quite nasty. As the MD, I had a ‘clear the air’ meeting, but everyone just ended up venting rather than listening, and it may have only made matters worse. What should I do next?
