Our three-hour Raku Firing session covers the unique history of Raku and its post-secondary firing method. Choose a readied bisque piece to glaze, learn brush decorating technique, load it into the kiln and leave with your finished pieces!

Purposefully hand-selected from the Mountain, these river stones embark on a meditative journey. Participants of the class will be immersed in the celebration of intricate geometric elements and beautiful colors, with finished pieces ranging from simple to elaborately designed compositions. The art of creating the mandala is, in and of itself, a form of meditation: a soothing ritual that permits guests to express their creativity and rediscover their sense of inner calm.

Guests will be encouraged through guided instruction to explore the intentionality of watercolor brushwork that blends and moves throughout an ever-evolving composition.
