There are over 550 streetlights and nine intersections with stoplights in the Banff townsite. The streets crew checks these lights and responds to action requests related to these lights as part of a daily inspection. Report a damaged light using the Streetlight Reporting Tool or by filling out an Action Request.
Repairs to most stoplights and streetlights are done by Fortis Alberta and may take up to a month to be completed. They maintain a Streetlight Repair Map where repair requests can be submitted directly to Fortis.
