When checking in at 01h00, a woman came into the lobby and threatened to kill me “matar”. It was frightening and preventable with a door lock. I advise colleagues that security at Windsor Plaza is not acceptable.

Review of Windsor Brasilia Hotel

I have just completed a very comfortable 7 night stay at Windsor Brasilia. The room was very comfortable, breakfast had a good variety of healthy choices, and the whole hotel was meticulously clean. I also received invaluable assistance from Victor at the front desk after my luggage was delayed for 5 days. Victor contacted the airline, navigated through several phone numbers to find the right person, and finally found that my luggage had been sent to the wrong hotel, and arranged to have it transferred to Windsor Brasilia. Without his assistance, I'm afraid I may never have found my lost luggage! I will be returning to Brasilia in 2-3 weeks and I look forward to another stay at Windsor Brasilia.

I stayed at Windsor Brasilia for a business trip. I got an early flight so I arrived at the hotel 9:30 that means I needed an early check in. Luckily Thayssa from the front desk made that happen and I had just to pay a breakfast fee. Plus she was so nice to get me a room upgrade so I got a room with a nice and cozy bathtub. Breakfast is really good and Antonio, restaurant manager, is always available to make sure you get everything you need (I recommend the omelette and the nespresso which is free in the breakfast). The room is really good, nice bed, and strong shower. AC is built in so sometimes I had a hard time to control the temperature during the night (too cold from time to time). Hotel amenities are also really good. Nice swimming pool, gym fits the purpose for an aerobic exercise (life fitness treadmills) and a roomy lobby. Employees are always nice and really try to do the needful to help you. Hotel location is central in Brasilia. Just 15 minutes from the international airport and 2 minutes walking from a Shopping Center where you can have lunch for example at Outback Steakhouse. In a nutshell, Windsor Brasilia has the best benefit-cost ratio in town.

Amazing hotel, with super agreeable staff. Delicious breakfast. The only thing I have to complain about is the room lights, if you are a woman you will face problems in finding a good light to do your makeup. But this was the only problem we had.

Staff is very attentive, clean room, excellent breakfast, fast Wi-Fi and good amenities. Walkable distance to National Shopping Mall. Got an upgrade as the rooms available were only single beds. The swimming pool is quite small for swimming, but ok for relaxing.

The Windsor Brasilia is an excellent hotel in a very central location within the capital. The rooms have a good size and offer all amenities. The staff of the hotel was excellent, always giving their best to make the stay excellent even during the current pandemic.
