What a great hotel to stay at. Service was exceptional with a friendly and very accommodating english-speaking front desk staff. I recommend staying in a room ending in 05 or 04 on an upper floor. It’s at the end of the hallway and faces east. You will be able to view the iconic Cathedral metropolitana and the national museum directly from your window. There are a couple of small cafeterias behind the hotel and even a tourist info kiosk right in front!
Note: there is another Windsor Hotel with the name PLAZA that is a different Windsor than the one I stayed at.
I came here for the MCM architecture. Iconsidered staying at Brasília Palace Hotel, the very first hotel in Brasília and designed by Oscar Niemeyer, however it is situated quite a distance from the center. I did have a drink at B Hotel. They have a huge lobby restaurant and bar (unlike Windsor Brazilian hotel). It’s a more recently built modernist hotel that is next to Brazilian Shopping . VASTO Restaurante adjoins that mall and I recommend it.

I stayed at Windsor Brasilia for a business trip. I got an early flight so I arrived at the hotel 9:30 that means I needed an early check in. Luckily Thayssa from the front desk made that happen and I had just to pay a breakfast fee. Plus she was so nice to get me a room upgrade so I got a room with a nice and cozy bathtub. Breakfast is really good and Antonio, restaurant manager, is always available to make sure you get everything you need (I recommend the omelette and the nespresso which is free in the breakfast). The room is really good, nice bed, and strong shower. AC is built in so sometimes I had a hard time to control the temperature during the night (too cold from time to time). Hotel amenities are also really good. Nice swimming pool, gym fits the purpose for an aerobic exercise (life fitness treadmills) and a roomy lobby. Employees are always nice and really try to do the needful to help you. Hotel location is central in Brasilia. Just 15 minutes from the international airport and 2 minutes walking from a Shopping Center where you can have lunch for example at Outback Steakhouse. In a nutshell, Windsor Brasilia has the best benefit-cost ratio in town.

The Windsor Brasilia is an excellent hotel in a very central location within the capital. The rooms have a good size and offer all amenities. The staff of the hotel was excellent, always giving their best to make the stay excellent even during the current pandemic.

Terrible service completely inflexible with any adjustment you may need. They charge you for everything you need to change or adjust. They ridiculously charged me for a person that came to sleep with me 50% of the day rate! I have never seen this in any where in the world. Terrible amenities. Never staying there again. And will never recommend.

I have just completed a very comfortable 7 night stay at Windsor Brasilia. The room was very comfortable, breakfast had a good variety of healthy choices, and the whole hotel was meticulously clean. I also received invaluable assistance from Victor at the front desk after my luggage was delayed for 5 days. Victor contacted the airline, navigated through several phone numbers to find the right person, and finally found that my luggage had been sent to the wrong hotel, and arranged to have it transferred to Windsor Brasilia. Without his assistance, I'm afraid I may never have found my lost luggage! I will be returning to Brasilia in 2-3 weeks and I look forward to another stay at Windsor Brasilia.

There are no crisp linen, bed sheets, duvet cover. That crisp smell and feeling is not there at all. On the upside, the staffs are the best. Give them a payraise! Everyone from cleaning ladies to reception staffs.

Staff is very attentive, clean room, excellent breakfast, fast Wi-Fi and good amenities. Walkable distance to National Shopping Mall. Got an upgrade as the rooms available were only single beds. The swimming pool is quite small for swimming, but ok for relaxing.

I was very pleased with my choice when I arrived at the Windsor Brasilia hotel for a quick visit to explore the architectural heritage of Brasilia. The hotel is located right on the monumental axis. My lower floor room could only give me views across to the southern sectors but the room was quiet, clean and tastefully appointed, and even had a small separate office/tv room with a comfortable lounge chair and a desk. The staff was friendly and helpful with english speakers avaiable at the front desk anytime I visited. Other interactions with staff were successfully managed with gestures and phone translations apps. I appreciated the manager in the breakfast room remembering me the second morning and greeting me with a smile, a pot of coffee and a big thumbs up. It made me fell much appreciated as a guest.

It might be obvious to have a bidet in your bathroom, when you are in a superior class hotel. The same applies to the chance to sip an expresso with your breakfast. But unfortunately this is not true in most "luxury" hotels in Brasília. The fact thay at this hotel you have access to such things make it different, as it happens also with good training and dedication when it comes to staff. Recommended.
