Very pleasant stay you get what you pay for its a 2 star hotel not 4/5 what do people expect? We had the sea front view witch was amazing,litrally the beach is on your door step,The pool was decend and so was the manager Fenia and spiros great people always helping if needed,Fenia even went out her way and actually took me to the doctor surgery witch is on the strip witch is not to far from the hotel,I see people on here saying shes rude and stuff,i didnt find that only helpful and friendly,I see a few guys on there lads hoilday of course there going to drink and have fun like i did but just have some responsibility and respect for others,maybe thats why she comes across rude to others she has to let them know to keep it down only to make other peoples stay more pleasant,would i come back to this hotel again certainly

The reception lady is a dope . She is rude and cheeky and can’t let there be any fun .it is not worth the stay .It was rotten Cleaners came once and only swept the floors. Rooms are a kip. Showers barely work

We booked kavos before realising the place it was. We were really apprehensive as older couple. Me 51 partner 63 although young at heart we like quieter holidays now as we don’t drink. We arrived at the complex late but was met by someone who quickly sorted our room and air con. Room 42. Air con was reasonably priced 30 euros for 5 days. It was needed as over 40 degree heat. There was three beds in our room and substantial balcony with side sea view, kettle and facilities in the room. Clean and adequate. The swimming pool was lovely and the direct access to the beach. Alex the own lee and his family are always on hand to sort any issues out. Mixes age range in the hotel and wasn’t rowdy at all, on the edge of the strip but noise wasn’t an issue. I would deffo recommend as one of the best apartments on the strip. It’s basic but everything you need and not as rowdy as one la further down.

My 4 friends and I stayed here for a crazy friends holiday! The hotel was clean & you get what you pay for! Negative comments on here are people that pay Skegness prices & expect the Ritz Hotel. It’s Greece, it’s basic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The family who look after the hotel were so helpful to us when we had one of our friends rushed to hospital & our flight was cancelled! Alex was so kind to find us space to stay another night and made sure we were all okay. They went above & beyond! Thank you x

Well what can I say, first off the staff are the most friendly and welcome people I have met at a hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities are outstanding. Fania made sure I was safe and had everything I needed and really looked after me when I had a disaster when away on holiday. The hotel was also very nice and piecefull and so relaxing.
As I say do not stay anywhere else in kavos as if you do you are losing out big time as I repeat again outstanding

Nice place close to the beach ,nice rooms with view on the sea just need change management and employ more clining staff, its impossible for two women clean rooms every second day sometimes every forth day (rooms and bathrooms dirty) swimming pool need proper clean . Generally hotel is dirty. Maintenance probable never done. Apart of this place is OK.
