it was my first time in cuba and i really liked it. the quintessence of beautiful nature, kind and very patient stuff and pure joy. animation crew deeply impressed me by their energy and enthusiasm, but also with dancing. everyone is very polite and nice. you can count on spending your time with pleasure, especially when it’s the season.

The staff is very friendly and the activities were extremely fun. The dancers were talented and enjoyable to watch. The rooms were clean but I do not recommend a room on the first floor because of the bugs. Overall my experience was incredible and I would definitely come back.

the staff was amazing, they are so friendly so fun the shows at night are amazing the dancers are very good. The room are well climatised so if you are too hot, you can always go there. The pool is amazing we had so much fun playing all together and food is really not that bad overall I would defend recommend going there

My vacation: After so much time working, we decided to book at Cayo after some friends of ours told us about it. It was a great few days, the accommodation was very good, from the bedding, food and cleanliness despite the current situation. In the evenings, after enjoying the beautiful beach, we had dinner as a family with an exquisite buffet with perfect preparation, not to mention the professional staff who made our days wonderful.

I loved this place!! The staff is all so friendly and they always go beyond. The bartenders of the pool bar are amazing !!! They always talk to customers and try there best ! The time we went was less people and the bartenders made conversation. Awesome bartenders at the pool bar!
