Let me start by saying, if I could give this Resort a Million Stars ⭐️ I definitely would… and the main reason for that… is the Warm & Loving People who work there… and I mean Every single Person ♥️ I may not know everyone’s name, but I Love You All!!

I visited this lovely hotel with my Family in January, February, July, and once again now in December!

Every person that I bring here, they fall in love… as I have with the Beautiful People who work at this Iberostar Daiquiri.

This is my home away from home in Canada… I travel from time to time in other places, but my heart belongs here… and I am the happiest when I come here!

I have always felt comfortable and safe, even when I travel without my husband.

My room is always impeccably clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view! My maid Sonia was an absolute Gem… thank you Sonia!

Everywhere in the world is experiencing shortages with supplies, but no one is feeling that stress more than Cuba… and yet, they still they provide delicious food & meals to their guests!! Yes, maybe they run out of something… but they are doing their very best… I enjoyed every aspect of the food. If there is something you can’t live without, just bring it with you… but I am honest… I loved everything I was offered at this lovely hotel! The buffet has a very wide and delicious selection… the restaurants offer delicious meals that are presented beautifully… and the beach restaurant offers delicious pasta and pizza for lunch… Outstanding!!

The beach is warm and clear and beautiful and clean… the beginning of my week was very windy, so I enjoyed watching all the kite surfers… by the end of the week, the wind went away, and the water was still & calm and so beautifully blue… I saw many star fish out on the catamaran.

Every night (except Sunday) they offer a great show in the theatre, and before that will be some music entertainment in the Lobby… Yolanda is absolutely AMAZING!! Her voice is so powerful… I was lucky to see her twice on my last visit. There are a couple of bands that also play in the Lobby on some nights… also Amazing!!! I checked out the Rock Band Show and the Michael Jackson Show, and both were Exceptional

I love the layout of this resort… very easy to get around… and I love the Beautiful architecture and colours of the buildings… I also love the Lobby, and how large and comfortable it is… a great place to sit with Friends & Family, have a drink and listen to great music… it’s also a wonderful place to make new friends, which I have made plenty of… I’ve met people that have been there 20+ or 30+ times… to me, that speaks volumes!! I myself have been there 7 times, and I look forward to hitting those 20-30 times in the future!

Just got back from a week long stay at this resort and all I can say it was awesome
The staff are all really friendly and treat you like family not as a guest. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you are having a great time. I would give the staff 10 stars if I could. The entertainment crew, bar staff, house keeping, wait staff, yard crew, lifeguards, everyone that works at this resort is incredible, Yolanda that sings in the lobby is absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough about the staff here.
Rooms are super clean, great shows in theatre, the beaches are gorgeous plus they have delicious food and drinks.
We are already planning on going back here in February and are taking our friends and family with us, I can’t wait to go back.

Was at this resort the week of Nov 5, 2022. The terrible experience started at check in, the front desk had 1 employee checking in a full bus of guests. Too far too long and believe it or not, they were rude. They claim to not have our requests for 3 rooms on ground floor together. We were all in different buildings but we did change 2 rooms the next morning closer together. Now for the room...we had NO hot water ALL week and they did nothing about it, just wrote it in the book. We did not have light bulbs in the bedside lamps till Wednesday when I finally asked the maid and she had 2 for us. The resort did not do any spraying for bugs and this was the first time (4 previous trips) I came home covered in bug bites. The grass was so long and not cut till the end of the week.
The pool was NEVER cleaned by anyone and the beach was a mess too.

There is so much more to say but why bother, they will not change anything.

Will never stay at an Iberostar again!
