Defo a Heaven on earth! was married there 30 years ago and went back for our 30th aniversary again WoW Every little detail are amazing. From the decor, to the staffs ( specialy MANUEL at the breakfast buffet outstanding service and Luis at The Beach Bar ) all very friendly and great service,to the cleanliness of the rooms, to the gorgeous views, and the amazing food, everything is amazing. Its a 5***** plus we will be back

The hotel is truly wonderful. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The pools are beautiful with bags of character. Not the average rectangular boring type. interesting shapes with rocks and bridges etc.
There must be twenty sun loungers for every guest, scattered around the hotel, not just around the pools. Absolutely no idiocy of early morning sunbed hogging.
The hotel is on a huge scale that just absorbs the guests, giving a feeling of calm & relaxation.
The restaurants are great, giving different venues each night. The breakfast set up is awesome and the selection fabulous. Fresh pancakes, juice bar, everything you could ever require. Again, the staff are lovely, with a first morning introduction to the routine etc.
It is beautifully clean throughout the entire hotel, with fresh sweet smelling aroma's in the common areas.
The room housekeeping was excellent.
I could go on & on about the merits of the hotel and suffice to say we have re booked to come back in September and will no doubt make it a regular destination.
On that note, I wanted advice on room locations within the hotel to enable me to make an informed choice and again, the hotel manager and the reservations team looked after me extremely well pointing us in the right direction.

‘Absolutely Perfect’
If I could give 6 stars I would. We stayed in Casa Ducalas which is part of Bahia Del Duque. Right from checkin we were greeted with a warm welcome and complete hospitality. It’s all the little extras like sandwich’s in yr room, private lounge with free bar, canapés every night the list goes on. I would like to nominate a member of staff but they were all brilliant and can’t thank them enough for making this such a great holiday. The facilities are excellent and nothing is too much trouble……would be very happy to come here again.

We come every year to this lovely boutique hotel. Although some rooms are too small, they are refurbishing the hotel and modernising, as it’s a classical top hotel in the island.
What we love the most is the restaurants, the night shows and animation, the beautiful swimming pools but above all, the incredible kindness and professionalism of the staff, from Manuel Reyes, to Gemma in the kids club, everybody. We enjoy meeting them every year… for the last 9 we have been coming and hopefully this year too.
Great for families, you will befriend very nice people and very likely you will meet them again at the hotel year after year, as we do.
Absolutely incredible hotel! The staff were very attentive, the facilities without comparison and the food was incredible. There was not a moment of the trip where we were not looked after. A true luxury experience. We were warned that Tenerife would be very busy and commercial but the hotel is a complete oasis of luxury.
