There are cheaper rooms, with pools, but the best one is the larger building with beach front. Nicer pool. Bigger cleaner rooms.
The reception is often closed, so get all the info you need in first visit!
Check out Maestranza restaurant right on the hotel property, just steps from the little store and check in. Excellent ribs.
I’m baffled every time we stay here that the place is not packed. Cannot get much closer to the beach. The rooms are basic and the beds are hard but for the location and price, who cares. We just returned from our 6th stay here
All you ever wanted without breaking the bank....3 pools...ocean front ...staff nice and friendly including the maintenance staff ....very clean ..close to town centre and small stores /restaurants....working A/C..nice bathroom with big shower...big room...no complaints..
Highly recommend getting a room with at least a fridge. However store very close to pickup ice,.mix..etc..
Ice coolers maybe available at the office. If not Mega,as well as many other small stores, just a short cab ride away to pick one up and everything else.
Mexicans vacationed here also , Very friendly and they always try to communicate and shared a few tequilas.

Just try to book a room ,on short notice,...occasionally yes but usually "no" because of the popularity of the place.
Going back to Bucerias ,next month, but unfortunately no vacancies. so have to stay elsewhere..darn..
Stayed in a 2 bedroom kitchenette suite which was clean but very basic. Beds and pillows extremely hard. Overall as expected for a lower end hotel. Staff was great! Very accommodating. Our last 2 nights there were very trying as a large group of young Mexican people moved in next door to us.They were extremely noisy not only in the room but at the pool and the beach, well into the night. Very loud music, drunken yelling etc. Left a huge mess of garbage, empty bottles, puke etc. at the pool and on the beach. Same the next night. we were glad to leave. Otherwise our stay was pleasant although we were disappointed that the hotel staff did not curb unruly behavior.
We stayed for a week at Corita Suites for a second year. The staff are helpful and always available. The rooms are clean, spacious and great showers! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a big kitchen and basic kitchen supplies.
There are two pools, one for kids and lots of lounge chairs, tables and beach palapas with chairs and loungers.
There is a great laundry service, daily cleaning and a small corner market.
It is an easy 10 min walk to many restaurants and the town square. A little further along and you are into the centre of Bucerias with many shops, restaurants and services.
We enjoyed Corita, because it's quiet when you want to have down time and close enough to the bars and live music when you want it. We would book again when returning to Bucerias.
