We stayed here 2 nights on a quick visit to Zion. We did not use the facilities. The gentleman at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculate. We had the wall-bed room and were very satisfied with what it offered. The kitchen was stocked well, the towels were luxurious, queen bedroom very nicely decorated and comfortable. The pull-out couch and wall bed were very acceptable for being what they were. The room itself was very spacious. The lodge is a short walk to the entrance of Zion which was so convenient. Parking at the park was full by 8am so this was great for us. The food stores, shopping and restaurant all on property were such an added benefit. Highly recommend.

Location is perfect and convenient with a nice facility. Front office Service was inflexible and inhospitable, walking to front desk at 230 met with matter of fact “check in is at 3pm” on a Tuesday with apparent availability according to website. 3 agents told me I could not pay cash on my balance in advance even though they had my credit card and can authorize any amount for incidentals. Upon calling a fourth person (manager) they were able to figure it out but no apology for the misinformation or wait. Would not consider even a 1/2 hour late check out either on a Thursday. No smiles, thanks or how was your stay. Pool and hot tub completely dark at 830pm. No light switch for Christmas lights-unsafe. One maintenance gentleman encountered on property was friendly though.

We came to Zion for my wife’s 50th birthday and we were blown away by the Cable Mountain Lodge. The room was luxurious, had amazing views, and is literally steps from the park entrance and the shuttle service that takes you across the park. There is also a market and brew pub in the same compound which makes this unbelievably convenient. There’s also a gorgeous pool and hot tub. I literally can’t recommend this place highly enough.
