Planned a 7 night stay here. I booked through Amex travel for a gold kitchenette but somehow wound up with a reservation for a silver two queen bed. Thankfully the manager Zach gave us access to the monkeypod so we would have a coffee maker and microwave! Everyone was so friendly! Vincent, the bartender at the pool, was my absolute favorite! He has the best personality and really made our stay 10x better! I would definitely pay him a visit if you are coming to stay here! The pool was nice and relaxing, and never as crowded as I thought it might get. The sauna was great! The room was nice. Our bath had the dirt painted over with the weird white paint as well, but it wasn't terrible and didn't really bother me. The beginning of our trip was wonderful but the last 3 days of our trip were a bit rough. They were doing construction in both of the surrounding rooms and it sounded like they were about to jack hammer through the walls simultaneously. We had sensitive work calls to make in the early mornings so we couldn't go elsewhere. Most of them we were not able to make or had to cut short, resulting in lost business and revenue. Pretty disappointing and frustrating when paying almost $2000 for a hotel room ($1624 when booking and $338 at the hotel). The location is amazing but I probably would have booked elsewhere if I had known such insanely loud construction would've been going on all around the room from early morning until afternoon. Once that is complete... I would recommend this hotel!

Friendly, helpful staff, especially Juvy. There were sporadic hot water issues, so we were upgraded to a room with 2 balconies. Hotel room was clean & comfortable. Fresh towels were provided within 15 minutes of request.
