I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I was escorted to 4 rooms within the 4 there was blood on sheets, 5 roaches, stains on floor/ carpet & rooms smelt like cigarettes. Do not stay here, not worth it.

If you're on a budget and would like a centrally located place walking distance to the beach and still in the hub of the action (steps away from Surf & Turf Tacos and the Market), this is the place for you. While the rooms are dated and the front desk is pretty busy, the staff is kind and helpful. I noticed that guests who rented a car sometimes were frustrated with the parking situation, but I would recommend simply not bringing a car. This place is located directly across the street from a bus stop and also it's quite central making walking a great option. My daughters and I loved that iced tea and filtered water was available in the lobby everyday. Even though this place is a little dated, it is charming. We'll be back.

The room we got I would say was a nice location. It was tucked in the corner of the hotel.somewhat like a private area no neighbors. Location perfect. Entertainment and food courts right at your doorstep as well as the bus stop. The room seems old but clean. A/c works well kept the room cool. Housekeeping friendly as well as the front desk. Everything is either walking distance or short bus ride from the main shopping mall to the zoo. Great experience,will definitely stay there again. Mahalo from Kauai.
Room tip: Maybe the upper floors has better view but mine was in the corner which is quieter. I was on the 8th floor.

The photos do not match the rooms in reality. It's more like a truckers motel than a vacation hotel. Staff is great but the rooms need to be updated and cleaned better. Parking is also very tight and not guaranteed.

This place is just a cash cow. Badly stained floors, the shower stall is rusty with paint flaking off the wall. Balcony view was nice but railings are not safe or secured. Bring slide or flip flops. This place is not as close to the beach as the advertise. It’s about a mile away from the beach or 15 min walk.

Reasonable rates and location was great, but need to be remodeled. It would be nice to have clothes hangers in the closet area, pots and pans to cook since there is a stove and oven. Carpet needs to be replaced.
