Stayed 4 nights in Lagos view room with kitchen, which was a huge plus we like to make our own breakfast.
Lagos view room I understood is smaller then sunset view - it has a kitchen bed and living area, no dining table. Bed is ok, it’s not your luxury bed with pillows..
All good for the price and great location if you don’t mind the 20-25 min walk to central waikiki. The pool
is simple but heated so nice to swim, pool guy is super nice and helpful.
Only thing is do not stay next to the elevator - utility room
next to it makes lots of noise non stop and shakes the whole room.

Treat every customer the same not just by the color of skin, acknowledge them and when you do, talk with some respect. When asked a question, don't behave like you are being bothered.

You have a good policy and might be to prior experiences. Just don't make them feel like they are there to steal from you when enforcing towel policy. It did not sound the same when relayed to the white customer.

Maintenance can do a better job of cleaning glass window since that is what you have customers looking at all day when they are in the room.

Let staff know that a smile, greet, I'll be right with you, or can I help you goes a long way (front desk).

If you are looking for up to date amenities or friendliness during stay this is not the place.
