It has been an amazing trip and all these people are just the best. I highly recommend this hotel for families cause they have really good animation for kids. I got the chace to meet Alejandro sales manager and he really went out of his way to help me everytime. Many thank to Tryp Cayo Coco team, I am definitely coming back. Hugs!!

Average Cuban resort with the most beautiful beach. No shortages to speak of when I was there.
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well, water pressure was adequate at all times.
No need to reserve chairs at pool or beach. Highlight of my stay at Tryp was getting a massage on the beach. $30 US for 1 hour.

The resort overall appears run down. The cleanliness was lower thst expected. The resort was picked based on rating and proximity to airport. The resort was actually rated higher than expected. I would put this resort at a rating of 3.

Currently, we are increasing the number of deep cleanings in areas such as the buffet, a la carte restaurants and open spaces such as the lobby and snack, spaces that are more likely to get dirty with the spillage of liquids, grease and others, which can threaten the visual of hygiene and cleanliness. Regarding the room area, our team of chambermaids keep it clean on a daily basis.

Warm people , poor people , swimming pool very dirty i had an infection in my ear from the swimming pool the third day . They have a clinic but useless not any medicine inside empty
My friend walking on the beech he had scratch and infected , so we went to the hospital , 911 They do not accept credit card only cash to put in the pocket

We would like to comment that in the records of our Customer Service department, you do not refer any situation regarding the food at the hotel, however, we currently have a varied gastronomic offer in the snack, two options for lunch (a la carte restaurant and buffet restaurant, in addition to the snack).
Regarding the cleanliness of the pools, we have taken measures and increased the cleaning cycle of the pools, in order to eradicate the problems that I can detect.
