Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on the site. Our sincere apologies for what happened. We have taken note of it and discussed it with the relevant administrative staff.
We would like to comment that in the records of our Customer Service department, you do not refer any situation regarding the food at the hotel, however, we currently have a varied gastronomic offer in the snack, two options for lunch (a la carte restaurant and buffet restaurant, in addition to the snack).
Regarding the cleanliness of the pools, we have taken measures and increased the cleaning cycle of the pools, in order to eradicate the problems that I can detect.
Finally, we hope you will give us a second chance and visit us in the future, so that you can see the changes and improvements that we propose.
