If nothing else the staff in the lobby bar will win you over right off the hop! Especially Chicho, he treated me like family!You won’t go hungry…and I’m a picky eater! Great drinks at the Cigar Bar, and Freddy is a rockstar! I didn’t get a warm shower till the night before I came home, but that’s my only complaint! Coming to Cuba it is what you make it…I washed my hair at the pool showers! A little compromise for an otherwise excellent experience!

Alexander "the great" can make amazing Spanish coffees, and never makes us wait for another drink. Cheers to the Hotel Mojito. Staff are super friendly and are greatful for their tourists. If it rains, it's usually for a minute, and the sun is back out and beautiful. The beaches challenge the best in the World. Thank you for making our wedding Anniversary unforgettable. 💕

This used to be my go to resort in Cayo Coco. Not great but certainly good enough considering the price. That is no longer the case. The food is atrocious now - all the trays are heavily watered down, the sliced hot dogs were actually carrots. Usually a toss up between having bread or butter but not both on the same day. Service is top notch from usual suspects like Freddie and the front bar staff - elsewhere it's spotty at best. Pool bar is generally deserted when you need it. Snack back is almost always out of food. The rum, which Cuba is renowned for, was lousy. Not even regular bar rail brands like Caney or Mulata. And certainly no Havana Club or Santiago de Cuba brand even for VIPs. Frequently had no juice, pop, Pina colada mix, etc.

I'm afraid without big resort backing this place has slid too far down to be worthwhile.
