I stopped over returning to Colorado ,needed a good nights rest, the room was clean and a good location ,however for some reason Richfield is spread out. This was a Saturday and the place was fairly quiet and not to crowded, sometimes its better to take a room towards the back of the hotel, and a upper floor.

This inn looks quite good for budget inn. There were very few guests at time of our stay, so we felt a little strange, almost alone there. Room would need a renovation, looked quite worn out, Cleanliness was not perfect. One guy was walking around at 4 am and calling his cat "Chicco". There was cat-food in front of out doors. This staying was a bit strange, probabbly other guiest avoid this inn with a reason.

At first glance Nights Inn seemed like a great budget hotel for a one nights stay. Little did my boyfriend and I know that there were “regulars” and guests basically living in the hotel. We over looked this upon checking in and figured it’s just one night how
bad could it be. We checked in at 5pm left and got dinner, went to the hot springs, and were in our hotel room a total of 45 minutes before we had to leave at

11 pm. We choose to drive the 2.5 hours back to salt lake rather than stay! We could care less about how the room looked it was the other guests and how
management treated us that was unacceptable. First, the hotel regulars in the rooms next to us were having some sort of party there were a lot of sketchy
people coming in and out of their rooms and they had kenneled dogs that barked every time someone new came. Since we were just there to sleep we got
in bed and were trying to fall asleep with the couple in the room next to us started being very loud after about 15 minutes of listening to the headboard
bang and the couple chase eachother around their
room we asked to be moved. Kindly the lady at the front desk moved us to a room a few doors down.
We hopped back into bed and after a few moments
heard a mans voice whispering in our room “hey!” Terrified that someone was in our room we both ran
outside and told the woman at the front desk she
laugh and said oh I know the guy in the room next to you he’s just an old f**ker. The gentleman staying
next door was whispering through the crack of the
adjoining door. At this point we were completely done with all the bull and we grabbed our stuff and drove home even though it was 11 pm. The woman
at the front desk was apologetic although she did seem to find it funny and told us to call back tomorrow when the manager was on because we wanted a refund. The manager basically laughed at us when we asked for a refund. We don’t even care about the money at this point we just don’t want any other couple of family to have an experience like this.

I'm temporarily in the Richfield Utah area. Caught a cold and needed a few days rest. I met the owner upon check in. Found him to be a nice kind man his name is Kiran.
The lobby was exceptionally clean looked like it was remodeled recently.
They have a continental Breakfast that is fully adequate. The Rooms were surprisingly very clean, good TV channel menu, had a workable phone to make local calls, good size clean bathroom tub and shower, microwave and a bigger mini fridge that was clean. Also a full size table and two chairs. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

I've seen other motels in the area that are bit as decent as this one nor as clean as this place. The price is exceptionally reasonable and affordable as well.

I would give this trip advisers top 5 point rating. Exceptional value to the budget minded traveler who wants a clean comfy place to stay while passing through or visiting the Richfield area.
The front Desk guy Dave is a decent man and helpful. It appears over all that the owner of this place does a good job. Maintaining this place and gives exceptional service at a very reasonable price.

Bottom line, I highly. Recommend this place for the traveler. Stop in and stay here at the nights inn

The owner was very nice and we appreciated the mini fridge and microwave! The room was how do I say clean and dirty??? Surfaces were wiped down and the sheets and towels were clean. However the walls were nasty the coat bar was broke and you could barely close the bathroom door. The sheets and towels had stains but were clean :). Now the chairs were stained and our heater didn't work, well it worked for a little and then wouldn't blow and smelt like it might catch on fire😳. In the hotels defense I did not complain I developed a high fever and being cold actually REALLY helped go figure.

Also I don't know what time the breakfast runs we were not told (it ends before 10 though!)

Pool was out of order (not a big deal but it should be advertised that way)

Hate to say for 50 bucks we will probably be back I have paid more and stayed in worse in Richfield!

Based on price and location, it's good value for money.

Clerk is a little off and I wouldn't hang out with the other guests.

Room dated and WiFi connection is poor, but it has everything you need for a nights stay for an excellent price.

Not sure I'd stop again, unless I was on a really tight budget
