Wonderful location, the room is large and feels very western. Loved the fireplace and deck also. This resort has free parking and/or is on the free transit bus stop. Close to old town and Main Street.

The apartment was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The showers worked very well. The kitchen had all the supplies it needed. The receptionist always was very nice and helped you out with everything.You have an easy excess to all kind of buses which brings you to downtown and park city mountain.All in all we had a great stay.

Awful stay. At 8:30am on the first morning of our stay, construction began. It was right outside our room and sounded like they were trying to tunnel into our bed. We were unable to make phone calls all day or do any kind of work. When we talked to the front desk, they offered us ear plugs. .... We didn't rent a locker for the day we rented a hotel room to relax. The construction went from 8:30am to 6pm everyday. They were using a jackhammer at one point. I would never stay at a Wyndham hotel again

Many things broken in our condo (dresser drawers, kitchen drawers, bedroom door, windows have little insulation). Room was cold. Staff was very nice and always helpful. I am hopeful Park Plaza will be able to finish the pool and update/fix the rooms. The passes to a nearby gym/pool were much appreciated. Shuttle ran some of the days we were there, so we figured out the free Park City bus system.

Are you looking a small, comfortable, friendly staff, resort with quick response from housekeeking, comfortable bed, kitchen, gas fireplace, patio, cooking and eating utensils, nice neighborhood, restaurants nearby, delivery service available, free shuttle across the street. THIS IS IT. The resort is still under construction, but we felt comfortable. Furniture is functional not fancy. We are less than 2 miles from the ski resort with free shuttle service**There is a daily resort fee which once the remodeling is done will probably be worth it. Right now, not so much.
If you are looking for luxury and in the middle of main street or at base of ski resort this place may not be for you.

WE stayed at Park Plaza in October 2023. Very centrally located, within walking distance to great food and we rode our bikes to many trails without having to load them on the car. There was remodeling occurring at Park Plaza but any issues we had were quickly addressed. Our heat went out due to a tripped breaker, but maintenance staff was on hand.
The room was comfortable and well equipped. We bought some of our dinners and ate in the room. Everything we needed was supplied.
Park City can be very expensive, but we found Park Plaza to be reasonable considering where it is located.
Fuego's is right across the street and had yummy pizza.
