Had a beautiful, spacious suite with full, in-room amenities. Clean and very comfortable. Pool and sauna were available on a by-reservation basis. Staff was very accommodating and very conscientious about sanitizing common areas. Underground parking garage was a really nice addition, given the mid-town location.

We arranged this one night stay to break up a long journey. There was an initial mix up with the room we were allocated, basically the room was advertised incorrectly on the booking site we used, therefore we had to pay more to change to a room that was big enough for 3 adults (the difference was refunded by our booking agency). We had a room on the lower inner court, the front door facing the gate to the pool area. We were really happy to be located here as it was also steps from the gym entrance. Our room was very spacious and well equipped and clean, no complaints at all there. The pool and jacuzzi was fantastic, clean and a lovely temperature. The gym was relatively small, but perfectly adequate. There was a welcome drinks reception during the evening with free wine and nibbles, this was very good and much appreciated. Parking was plentiful and the location was fairly easy to find with the sat nav.

The one bedroom was sizable with two full baths. Loved the gas fireplace with the electric ignition—although the pilot was off when we first arrived. It puts off a great flame and heat. Great for returning from the slopes and early mornings. Some of the amenities were closed due to COVID, such as the hottub and game room due to COVID. The indoor pool was heated but felt a bit like you’re on display as all the rooms look down upon it. The unit was a bit outdated with old appliances, the walls were never repainted after apparent repairs. The outside of fridge, toaster were obviously not cleaned and stood out—along with the bathtub. They need to work on deeper cleaning—it’s pretty obvious the cleaners don’t have an eye for that. The staff was very efficient. The bathtub faucet handle fell off and, even after having it repaired, it fell off again. Luckily we had a second bathroom. There are a few restaurants in walking distance but not high on the walkability score. Close drive to the slopes though and they do offer a shuttle service.

Wow, this place is disgisusting.

Checkin went fine. Got our keys and parked in the parking garage. Got our stuff in the room and things immediately went downhill. There was someone else's hair in the bathtub, filth all over the dishes, and the bed wasn't made with a fitted sheet (just a comforter on top of the mattress). Unfortunately, we didn't find all that out until Friday night at 10 PM, they tried to send us to an equally dirty room but we obviously said no as that wasn't worth the effort it would take to repack just to be in another disgusting room. So the hotel decided that the best they could do is bring us up some sheets so we could make up our own bed at Friday night on vacation.

So yeah, this place sucks and it's disgusting. Seriously, avoid this place. We stayed here with Raintree cas it was cheap, but it's cheap for a reason. This place is disgusting. I guess if you don't mind dirty dishes, unmade beds, and bathing in other people's filth then I'd recommend this place!

This was a timeshare exchange. I came to Park City to ski and did not expect a "resort" experience at this timeshare. I found it to be perfectly adequate for my needs and an overall pleasant stay. I would stay here again, it is in a quiet part of the town, little traffic noise, nice fireplace in the room. Check in was very quick. I stayed in a studio which was the perfect size for me. Full kitchen they even stocked coffee and condiments for 2 mornings. Sure, the decor is rustic earth tones, the lamp sort of fell apart when I went to turn it on, sliding glass door to the balcony was stuck a little. None of this impacted my stay. No shuttle service to the Mountain at this time. The Park City Transit however is free and there are 2 pick up points within walking distance outside the door. It took me anywhere between 14 to 30 minutes to get from the condo to the hill depending on traffic in town. The walk to Main Street is approx. 1.5 miles from the timeshare using the PC Union Trail after walking though some side streets. There is a pizzeria across from the Park Plaza and other dining options within walking distance to include a 7/11. In the complex next to the timeshare there is a great yoga studio where I was able to fit in 2 yoga classes. I was a little undone about the $17.50 daily fee since I didn't bring a car and there was no shuttle service or pool. The internet was good however and there was free laundry which I did not use. Considering what I paid to stay here in exchange fees and the daily fee, I feel I still had a great value for this very expensive resort community. After reading the previous reviews, I was guarded about my expectations. I also received an email advising that the pool was out of service, but given the current status of things, it did not upset me. If I had children with me it may have been a deal breaker. The skiing was fabulous and that was what I was there for.

I called RCI to reserve a 1 BR wheelchair accessible unit months before a planned trip to the area and was told they only had a 2 BR accessible unit. We reserved it but upon check in we discovered it was not accessible. Luckily there was a 1 BR that was accessible but we should have been able to get the 1 BR reserved to begin with and the 2 BR unit should have been accessible. We were told at the resort that the resort was built in 1986 and were grandfathered in and didn't have to be converted to accessible laws. It has been 35 years since this building has been built and there is no reason why they couldn't have remodeled units to make them accessible for the disabled customers. This could have been a very bad problem had we come during peak season and they didn't have a 1 BR unit that would work. It would have ruined our vacation. Also RCI didn't want to credit us for the difference between the 2 BR unit reserved and the 1BR that we got. I reached out to RCI to tell them not to do business with resorts that do not have accessible units and with resorts that do not guarantee accessibility.

The resort was an adequate space for a gathering of adult family members. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The resort has many rooms under renovation at this time along with the indoor swimming pool and there can be sound disturbances if trying to sleep in. The entrance to the underground parking is partially blocked by a large dumpster and careful navigation is needed to get through that space and the tight turn at the bottom into the parking garage. The furniture and window coverings in our unit were very dated but adequate for our needs. The 1st floor patio could use a table outside to be able to sit outside and enjoy breakfast or dinner. The distance to downtown is best covered by use of a car or bus transit, but Park City has a historical downtown space.

This hotel has potential but our stay could have been better. The kitchenette was stocked well enough and the coffee and popcorn were nice. It was clean. The location is good, can walk, uber or take the Bus just about anywhere. Parking was great and check in was smooth.
The issue we had was the room we were given, #305 was literally two steps off the elevator and I have no idea what was below us, but there was banging around all night. In addition it was hotter than heck and we couldn’t adjust the thermostat below 68. I made the reservation many weeks prior and with hope that it would be a great choice.

The manager was kind enough to call and ask how our room was, but when we provided the feedback regarding noise, we just got excuses. Perhaps if you are going to ask for feedback you should be open to discussing the issue and maybe doing something to make it better ( a discount, a note, an I’m sorry) anything???? Otherwise what’s the point of asking for feedback. Just a thought.

Overall not a great stay for the cost.

You spend enough for a timeshare, exchange fees, etc, and choose a place because of it's amenities. Why should you have to pay an additional $122.50 to use the pool, parking, rec room, etc., especially when all but the pool were closed due to Covid? Timeshares normally include all of this. Thus the reason for using a timeshare versus airbnb or other options.

Dear guest: The resort fee is a mandatory charge within the hospitality industry, this includes wifi, parking lot, local phone calls, gym, business center, sauna, amenities that are available by request at the FD Desk; the PP is following the County's procedures to disinfect the areas once they were used. The Resort fee is not included in the amount paid to the exchange company, please review the conditions on the confirmation letter. The Park Plaza staff would love to welcome you back!! Best regards

We have a timeshare here and this is our 3rd trip here. We had a week at this very private boutique resort. We had our service dog. The manager, Mr Michael Lopez accommodated us with a ground floor unit with easy access to the public area from our 1 bedroom unit. Perfect!
The indoor pool is heated and the gym is very functional. Our unit had a gas fireplace full kitchen w/ everything u needed if u just wanted to kick back, listen to the birds or watch a movie. This particular unit had 2 bathrooms and 2 tv’s which with the NBA playoffs I appreciated. Walking distance to restaurants and handi market. We will be back.

It does not appear the facility has or is undergoing any renovation at this time. It could use a facelift however.

I went directly to the hotel. Because it is a timeshare style resort, it is actually cheaper if you book online through a 3rd Party. Yes, I thought that was crazy too. Booking com gave us the best deal. (They are all much the same when online). Compare quotes. Make sure the price shows the taxes and services charges INCLUDED and any resort fees. Can make a big difference. We got stung twice by another company for not realizing. I stood in the lobby while I booked online, completed the transaction and then booked in. Staff were very friendly.
The free shuttle has a limit area of service, which does not include SLC and West Valley.
