This hotel is a bargain for the location. The location is beautiful the staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Omar at the front desk was very professional and up front. The valet was amazing what they are able to pull off with the amount of people requesting cars is impressive. If there is one negative I would say the bathrooms need updating but the rooms were clean.

Thank you for being our guest and for your candid review. We are glad our beachfront location worked well for you and you were impressed by the services provided by our valet and front desk team, notably Omar. They will be pleased to hear your praise. However, we are sorry our bathroom did not meet your expectations. We have recently renovated some of the public areas and several guest rooms and will continue renovating and refreshing more rooms this year. Until all rooms are refreshed, our goal will be to deliver the best service of any hotel in the area, and we hope you will make plans to stay with us again.

Horrible experience from start to finish! I had a 2 night stay and checked out after 1 day. I could not take it another minute! This place proves that you get what you pay for. Upon check-in there was a sign that said No water 9-3:30pm. NO WATER AT A HOTEL? Then I was assigned to a room in which my balcony was connected to the one next door and the only thing separating was a broken piece of cardboard. So I went to have my room changed and wound up with the same thing except it was separated by a piece of wood. Just like the first room you could literally step over it to get to the other room. SMH. The hotel is old and run down. No beach chairs at this hotel.. You have to pay $35 with an outside vendor for chairs and umbrellas. The pool person seemed dry and annoyed. The room is filled with chipped furniture nasty stains all around and a full refrigerator that was dented in and scratched up. I opened the ironing board and the screws fell apart. I didn't call for another one because I really didn't want any of the sketchy staff in my room so I screwed them back in myself. The bathroom tiny and old with stained shower curtain. Oh and dare I stay in the room for a bit, the construction n oisewas UNBEARABLE. Why do they give rooms to people where construction is being done next door. SMH! I got out of there fast. They really need to step it up here. There is a reason why the price is lower than the rest! Based on many other similar reviews I guess this is common with this place!

Pick another hotel. Dirty, run down, valet woman was rude, pool towels were all discolored, room towels had stains, windows dirty, mirrors dirty, coffee maker was dirty, rust on bathroom doors, table stained and should have been thrown out. Dresser chipped an outdated. Construction noise UNBEARABLE!

The Ramada location was in a very nice area. The hotel itself was a little dated.Great view from our oceanfront room. Not much going on there in the evening as the bar and restaurant close at 6:30 pm.
Had to valet park @ 20.00 a day. The Room was clean upon arrival.

Everything was bad, couldn't even go to the beach without signing in with the overbearing staff. Shower was broken and missing parts, only full hot water. Room was filthy, gross and moldy. Don't stay here, no value.

oh, where do I even start? First we walked off the plane the day of our reservation to a voicemail saying that the expensive ocean view room we had booked 3 months prior had a water leak from construction and they had to move us to a partial view room. so we go get our rental car and head to the hotel where we found out it was valet parking only. The teenagers running the valet had no idea what was going on and could barely understand me. So, anyways the hotel manager gave us the option to either get a $30 a day discount or stay in the partial room for the first night and hopefully move us. So we decided just to take the partial view room. We got there around 1230-1245. They told us we couldn't check in yet and to come back at 2. We went and waited over half an hour for our car. We came back and waited to check in. finally got the room keys and went to the room. It was down right gross. There were stains all over every piece of furniture. There was stuff caked on the cabinets of the kitchenette. The bathtub had peeling paint all over like it had been spray painted white. The floors were dirty. We shared a balcony with the room next to us. It was just not what we expected in our beach resort. So we went and asked polity to change rooms. The employee helping another customer beside us was yelling and waving his arms all around and flipped the manager off right in front of us and other employees and guests. We had the manger walk us to another room. During the walk he explained the rooms are rented out by the hotel but other people own them and are supposed to take care of them. We went to the other room. At first it didint seem bad, but after walking around we realized this was just another crappy room. The lamp shade looked like it had caught on fire. The bathroom faucet was leaking and the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in so long. The balcony door was broken. Instead of fixing it they just added another lock. That wouldn't even lock. The whole door was screwed up. To help us feel more "secure" they put a piece of PLYWOOD in between the two rooms on the balcony. We decided to just book an airbnb and to get our money back. Which is one of the only positive things I can say about the place. They actually refunded us. Another manger took our pictures and complaints seriously and said she would get something done about it. But after reading the reviews of other guests I don't think that will happen. On our way out, the valet girl rolled her eyes at me when I told her I wanted my car back because we were leaving. We waited 45 minutes for our car that time. If you want a nice ocean front property, just book an airbnb or go somewhere with better reviews. This place needs to halt the "renovations"and just tear the place down. The pictures just don't even compare to what it looked like in person.
