We checked in the internet works in lobby but not in the rooms, our room keys could not be programmed - meaning we couldn't leave the room. The staff at the front desk and cleaning were extremely helpful and great, unfortunately, the owner is the rudest person I have encountered in the hospitality industry - I witnessed him yelling at a customer in the morning, when we required his assistance to get back in our room after a terrible breakfast, he took attitude and began yelling at us. He apparently runs Skye Lodge as well - NOT RECOMMENDED We are not picky people and don't often complain, but this experience was the worst ever in many years of travelling.
