This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, only for being exhausted I would have left. The rooms were dirty the bed clothes full of hair, bathrooms a lot to be desired. Everything was bad. Nothing good to say.

Our stay was disappointing. It was advertised that they had micro waves and fridges in the rooms. We had neither..there are very few plug ins and all are being used. This was a problem when we had a teenager with laptops and gaming systems. We also all had phones. The continental breakfast was very meagre. There were bagels, bread a couple types of cereal and about 6 bananas. This definitly looks like a fixer upper.

Do not stay here! They are dishonest and lie to you.One week before we were to leave on holidays, I booked 2 nights at this place OVER THE PHONE and after talking about our trip,we decided to change plans and not stay here.I called back the same day, June 30th, and cancelled the reservation,as we would be travelling in a different direction.My account was only refunded for 1 night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE told me it was because I had to give 24 hrs notice!! We were not going until July 5th and 6th!!! I gave him over 5 days notice and he will still not refund my money of $132.25 I have made numerous calls and the last time was hung up on because I said I was getting in touch with the police and BBB. This is fraud! Do not stay here and do not trust them! All they want is your money not your business!!!!

The hotel was cheap, but one can still get less what one pays for. As we checked in, the air conditioner / heater in the room did not work. So we were moved to the room next door.
The room is very basic furnished. The dead-bolt in the door to the parked car outside was missing, see photo. The safety chain to the door to the hallway was missing, see another photo. The bathrooms hand-wash basin support pipes were misaligned and at different angles. The chair at the desk looked like home made and the TV must have been from the 80s as it was still the good old tube I remember from my younger days..
Room tip: Avoid this hotel

Do not stay here. The room was filthy and smelled awful. Stains everywhere and I don't think it was vacuumed in the past month. I would not stay here again if it was the only motel available. I'd rather sleep in my car.

We checked in the internet works in lobby but not in the rooms, our room keys could not be programmed - meaning we couldn't leave the room. The staff at the front desk and cleaning were extremely helpful and great, unfortunately, the owner is the rudest person I have encountered in the hospitality industry - I witnessed him yelling at a customer in the morning, when we required his assistance to get back in our room after a terrible breakfast, he took attitude and began yelling at us. He apparently runs Skye Lodge as well - NOT RECOMMENDED We are not picky people and don't often complain, but this experience was the worst ever in many years of travelling.
Room tip: Don't pick a room in this hotel. Terrible place
