A Home away from home!

My husband and I are mobile Scrap Contractors and travel to many areas for work; staying in hotels is something we do often. We have been very happy with the visits we have had here at Canalta St. Paul. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. With a few stays last year and this year, each room we have stayed in have all been clean and very comfortable. We have only been able to use the pool once during our first stay here last year, (due to COVID restrictions) and it was well maintained. One of the best parts is, it is pet friendly, which is a must for us as we travel with our furbaby! Another plus is the reasonable price! Cheers St. Paul Canalta, you always make us feel at home!

Room tip: We love the ground floor as it has an outside door, which for pets is so helpful!

This canalta location was an excellent experience. The staff was super friendly and the general manager was very helpful with my questions and needs. My family had a wonderful experience staying here. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit.

Thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to comment regarding your most recent stay at the Canalta St.Paul. I am so happy that you and your family enjoyed your time with us. I hope you had a chance to check out our super fast water slide and swimming pool. It is very refreshing to go for a dip in the afternoon or evening. Going the extra step

I took my father to the St. Paul Canalta Hotel on June 29, 2020. The hotel room was excellent. The staff member's suggestion that since my dad is elderly she would book us into a room with a couch (in addition to the two queen beds) displayed significant care for us as guests.

It was really nice to meet you. I am glad that your road trip with your father was fun. That is so nice to see families together, travelling during these uncertain times. I am glad that you decided to come out to St.Paul to visit your family. I am sure they

Dead bedbug

Arrived and was greeted very pleasantly. Room looked great, until my husband found a dead bedbug on the pillow in room 205. Thankfully we hadn’t unpacked anything yet.
Was dealt with quickly and they were very kind and apologetic.

I am truly sorry that you found a bug of any kind in your room. We work incredibly hard to provide a clean and safe stay for every guest.

I wanted to let you know that we take any claim of a bed bug very seriously and we immediately called to have the room inspected. The inspector arrived and did a complete examination of the room and found no evidence of bed bugs. I am happy to share this report with you and if you decide you would like to review it, please contact me by phone or email.

Once again, please accept my sincerest apologies that we failed to deliver an incredible stay. We truly hope that you give us the opportunity to serve you again.

Nice hotel.. Pleasant surprise

Nice hotel. Stayed for volleyball tournament. Very pleasant person at front desk at checkin. Room was very clean and a nice quiet sleep was had despite several teams staying there. Will stay there again!!

Thank you for commenting on your most recent stay. We are very happy that it was quiet so you could have a restful sleep. With sports teams it can get a little noisy. With the addition of our games room, it definitely gives the kids a place to hang out. I hope you enjoyed our hot breakfast. Their are so many items to choose from.
