A one hundred dollar charge for incidentals was unnecessary. The room was clean, but missing a microwave. The furniture was worn, needing cosmetic touch up. The bed was comfortable and clean. The television was small. The sink and bathroom were adequate.
They do not offer breakfast and they charge you for parking. Staff is uninterested and blah. The view of the river is awesome though.
The amenities make it an even better stay! Kids will love the pool and it stays open late! The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food quality is great and delicious. I can go on and on but you have to experience it to understand! You wont be disappointed with the rooms they are big and clean and no one comes to your room unless you request it!
Room was next to ice machine. Should’ve moved. It was very loud in the middle of the night. I’m not sure if someone was getting ice or if it was just refilling. Our shower was not very hot. And for the price a breakfast would’ve been nice.
Starting with the staff, they lack professionalism. The CITY VIEW is currently a parking lot view and when I asked to change it for an extra cost, they were not very polite, they said that they did not have any more available and they did not look for solutions either.
The bed is old, and squeaks. The sheets are itchy and apparently, they were not cleaned properly because I found towels behind the back of the bed placed by someone who was there before.
The AC does not cool properly and the TV channels that claim to work do not, also the hot water is not that hot.
The coffee machine was dirty and the entire room was dusty.
The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time.
And finally, they should have been more specific with breakfast, when they talk about including breakfast I understand that it is not paid for.
Don't waste your money.
