I went with my family and we had an awesome time, the hotel had everything we needed within the premises the rooms very clean and big, fantastic buffet, the shows fantastic, huge casino and the stores inside very affordable i love the castle and excellent service can’t waite to go back

For all the years off and on staying there they got extremely bad and the rooms needs way more attention to make sure that everything is cleaned and working properly it was so bad and when wanted to make a complaint they wouldn’t let you complain to the manager I had to call from the room and wait forever on hold to make the complaint

Costs as much as nice modern hotels. Old and dirty without the charm and $350 a night with resort fee but cant use the pool. Stay at the aria or somewhere modern. Hotel needs a refresh or rebuild for $300 a night in the middle of feb.

The room and the lobby were non smoking, but had a very unpleasant, stale smell. There is no coffee make or water available in the room, even if you were willing to pay. No room service either. So if you just checked in tired and ready to hit the bed, you still have to go down to the food court to get a bottle of water.

Rooms are old and outdated and have zero amenities. Lights in the room are old school. Carpet throughout the whole property needs upgrading. Dining options limited and casino area is a bit dark. Buffet needs help and food court is okay.
