From check in to check out everything right there and easy - parking thanks - check in a breeze as was check out - and in between the best time in the casino with so much action to play and then restaurants with terrific food - and whiskey down and the lobby bar - love them both - THANKS
The staff is attentive and very helpful. The facilities are clean. The atmosphere is lively. Great food. Second time there and would come back again!! Pool facilities are amazing as well. So much to do and enjoy!
I had a suite with no view and a leak in the ceiling for days. I had to wait 6 hours for my suite to be ready. The front desk never answered the phone once in three days. The rooms are outdated and smell of smoke, even on the non smoking floors.

Beds were not comfortable. Assign room had a bathroom for elder or senior. Room temp will not get cold enough. Check In service had a long line and wait for longer then anticipated. Pool was great! Not a great experience.

I was woken to possible toilet water leaking on me from above floor. It turned on my light which was dangerous as it could have started a fire. I called down to guest service. She said she’d give resort credit and never did. She didn’t even put it in my notes. She did say she’s had this problem w few times in my room. WTH
