Located a short drive or Uber from the strip. Staff are friendly and helpful. A great complimentary breakfast. Rooms are large with amenities, including a large refrigerator. The walls are unfortunately thin, so bring headphones. Beds were super comfy and a great A/C, kept the room cool. Shower pressure and temperature could definitely be improved, but overall a good budget stay in Vegas.

Disgusting - Believe the reviews!!

Believe the reviews!! The place is run down and little care is left.
Carpets are peeling with tape holding them down. Whole place is disgusting (stains and marks on carpets and walls) and drastically needs renovation.
Laundry room has broken washer/dryer - and instead of removing they just leave on show!

Bed sheets had stains (see photos)
Room hadn’t been hoovered (trash and fake eyelash on floor)
Found hair around the sink.
Bathroom towel stained.

Place looked like it had not been cleaned properly in a long time!

Will NEVER book again!!

Room tip: Do not book, unless desperate.

My stay Lvl Up weekend

This was a great location friendly and helpful. It was peaceful and clean and the breakfast was good. Enjoyed my stay

Check the room and bed before

Service was friendly but we had to look at four rooms as many rooms had a bad smell. The room we ended up with had a bad matress with a dip.

Filthy stay

The Window screens are torn and need replaced
Gum all over walkways, cigarette butt's everywhere, breakfast was a joke. Microwave eggs and mystery meat Patty's. The Shower curtain rod needs repaired, the shower head does not adjust, the hair dryer was missing. The front desk person was busy vaping while sign posted reads no smoking.
The key card side entrance on south side was the building was broken. Carpets in the hallway are filthy.

Find a better hotel in the area

I travel a lot and have for many years. I have stayed at Baymont properties back east and never had a problem before. The room was filthy with what appeared to be at least two meals dumped under the bed and never caught, fingernails and toenails in the carpet and a shower chair, but it still had soap all over it. Management was completely worthless.
