People seem to love this resort. The location is great. The pool looks nice. However my daughter and I were put into a corner ground floor handicap room. The windows and balcony face a wall. The kitchen is a corner with power outlets so badly placed it's an effort to plug in the coffee maker. It's truly one of the most miserable rooms I've ever stayed in. So much for a week in what looks like a pretty resort. Apparently they're fully booked so can't move us all week. Right. I honestly don't believe that. I suspect it's because we are an RCI exchange. We're not gamblers, we're here to hang out at the resort, explore the area a little, and this is not a great experience at all. Maybe check before you book here that you're not dumped into an ugly basement room.
Staff are helpful and pleasant, but that's not balancing the rest out.
EDIT: The final straw was finding a cockroach in the corner of the room with other trash -- obviously no one had cleaned there in a long time. After this an alternative room was miraculously found for us. It was March in Vegas. There is literally no way that the resort was full. It was empty. We saw a handful of people over the whole week, so we were clearly lied to for whatever reason.
The new room was much, much better. These rooms are not the fanciest. The dishwasher was grossly dirty and didn't work. BUT it was nicer than the handicap room and in the end we had an overall good experience. However, if you need a handicap accessible room, don't go here. That room was AWFUL!
