We booked through AAA. So disappointed. Arrived at 10:00am on May lst. Was charged $50. for early check in. Room had no view at all. No refrigerator or coffee pot. Very plain room. Staff was overworked. Annoyed when asking them questions. Mostly a 30yr old partying crowd. Not for people in their 60s. Music at pool was loud club music. Even a few of the younger people left because it was way too loud. Did not have any good restaurants. We ate outside of hotel every day.

I was relieved to see the kiosks for easy check in. Plenty of staff near by to assist. Kiosk check in was so easy to use. However, I did select "yes" to housekeeping and our garbage was not collected from inside the room or the towels were not refreshed. We did place our garbage in the hallways which was collected and had to request towels from housekeeping.
The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean to our standards. The safe was easy to set up and kept our items safe.
The 21+ pool was amazing! Spacious, great music, affordable day beds. Great pool bar service! The hotel and high roller wheel made for epic photos at the pool.
Check out was just as easy as check in. No line up. Easy to breeze through. Thorough break down of charges.
We will definitely stay again.

The only reason I gave this hotel 3 stars is because of their kiosk registration. The hotel had the same trash sitting in by the hotel lobby for 2 days. The hotel is ghetto, and the hotel rooms were mediocre. They charge for everything; microwave, refrigerator, and early check in. The lines to ask a question was ridiculous. Hotel smelled like a weed factory. ( I know it’s legal) but damn….. You would think by it being apart of Caesar’s you expect certain accommodations.
Very disappointed…..
