Superb value for money, bit dated, but clean, friendly and superb location, going back next year and looking forward to it, has everything you need large rooms jacuzzi bath and again if your on a budget you get a cracking deal here, you're welcome

I wish I could give this place a minus rating! We arrived here on Monday, took our suite in building 3, started to unpack and found a leak, we were then moved to another room later that evening
Last night having had a lovely evening we returned to our room to find it had been robbed! Luckily we had our passports and money with us but my son had his wallet stolen, loads of his clothes, we all had trainers stolen and sunglasses and AirPods too. But I suppose the absolutely lowest thing ever was that they stole my daughters glasses, the ones she needs everyday to read!
The manager was not useful at all! Police were only called when I insisted - the Orange County Police 5* review for them! Incredibly helpful and took a detailed statement.
We later logged into my husbands ‘find my’ on his phone and located his AirPods - all this has been shared with the police.
These was 100% an inside job, only those with key cards can access buildings - management need to wake up and review their staffing policy
I would never return here and thank you to Virgin Holidays to moving us to a more appealing location

We truly apologize for for the situation that you describe. We have a very good reputation of being a safe and secure place for our guests to stay and employees work. We also employ a security service who does patrols of the facility around the clock. Our team should have been more responsive when you reached out to them.

3rd time staying at LBV & it’s like a 2nd home to our family. Close to Disney & shops. Good at Frankie Farrells 😋 Marcio has gave us such outstanding customer service & help throughout this stay, he is an asset to the hotel 🏨

We flew in with my wife and daughter, is not our first stay in this resort, we were a little early for check in, our room wasn’t ready but Sergio and Enrique took care of us, and made it happened, we really appreciated and were happy with our room. Can’t wait to go back next year. Thank you!!!

This was our second time staying at this resort. We had a 3 bedroom 2 bath fireworks view on the 12th floor in building 5. We stayed 3 nights before a cruise. Our unit was clean and quiet. We did pay extra for cleaning that provided new towels, trash pick up and vacuuming which I was pleased with. Happy with our stay and economical for our group of 6! The front desk staff was kind and was able to check us in an hour early.
Only 2 complaints.
1. The king bed in the master was like a trampoline. Every time my husband moved, I felt like I had to hang on or be knocked off the bed.
2. I would not pay extra next time for the "fireworks view". We had to look through the balcony next to us to see them.
