Absolutely the best! Great customer service, unit was very roomy and clean and loved everything about it! Definitely want to come back!
Grounds are well kept and love all the plants . Nice pool and hot tub area and even a splash pad for kids. Great place to spend vacation and even close to the trolley

We left early, noise from upstairs was unbearable. "Hot" water issues were not addressed. Was told management limited the boiler settings. Probably not an issue in summer. No views from balcony except parking and street. Must drive through dated apartment complex to get to so called Resort. Will give credit to cleanliness of unit and updated features. Washer and dryer convenient but old and borderline moldy.

Very nice resort, great location, very clean and well maintained. Heated pools were awesome in 60 degree weather. Extras like put put and volley ball court were a nice touch. Very roomy rooms. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

First let me state I timeshare 8-12 weeks a year. These are condo's located within a low income community with no gate or security. The amenities they do have are few and for the most part poor quality and do not work. The units themselves are renovated but small and not fully equipped with kitchen utensils and plates. The bedrooms are so small they had to hand the doors on rails to fit a king bed with no room for any other furniture.
Booked through the Armed Forces Vacation Club! Way better than the photos shown in their site! Staff was friendly and helpful. If you book through AFVC mention that at check-in or they won’t find your reservation. Under 10min drive to Convention center, Seaworld, and Universal! Perfect size for the family, we saved money by cooking in the kitchenette. (Oven, microwave, toaster, full fridge, dishwasher) only dislikes: front portion is apartments, kinda awkward to find the resort. Charged $40 for weekly use of internet. No shuttle services to parks/ but close to the bus stop/ convenient for Uber/Lyft! Unsure how the pools were, we spent most days out in town.
