Oceanfront is about the only thing going for this hotel.

We loved the beach access. Very easy to get to and from the water. Hotel was dingy feeling. Toilet ran all the time. Thin walls. Parking was sold out for the day when we arrived 3 hours before check in. No complimentary breakfast like most Best Westerns. A measly pastry was $3. The restaurant was about $20 per person for breakfast according to the front desk attendant. If you’re on a budget and trying to save money just be aware of all the extra expenses. There is a mini fridge for groceries. Pool is tiny but understandable considering the location.

Booked at room with a partial ocean view. The view was awful, nothing like the photo and I was looking at an abandoned building and was extremely small. We did not have parking because the lady said it is 1st come 1st serve and not enough for everyone. 2nd room 403 the toilet overflowed and we had to clean it up ourselves. No one ever came to check on it or clean it up. The toilet overflowed again and nothing. I went downstairs and spoke with 2 different managers and they said they would check on it. NEVER DID, NEVER EVEN HAD ANYONE TO COME TO THE ROOM. I looked for another hotel and there were non available due to it being a holiday. The hotel charged me for the entire stay on the 1st day and charged me for a room that I was not even in. At check out they didn't even have me in the system so the young lady had to create a receipt to print for me and write on the bottom of it. I was charged for the umbrella and chair at this resort which was odd, considering all other resort umbrellas and chairs are free with your stay. I still have not been contacted. I called the corporate office and I have spoke with a customer service rep and still have not got anything. But they charged me $1,800 for crap

It smelled and they have a lot of hidden fees they don’t tell you about. Also they lie when you call and ask about shuttle service to the airport. They will tell you yes they offer it on the phone but they really don’t. Also they close the pool before it gets dark and they never have any towels. The housekeepers don’t speak English so it’s pointless asking them anything. Just overall horrible

Great. Incredible price. Comfy, clean suite set-up perfect for work and rest. Wonderful lobby. Large restaurant. Pool overlooking the beach. Plenty of walking space on property, to the beach. Customer service A+. Minimal parking on-site but PLENTY garages/street around.($35+ Overnight Garage Nearby) Super clean & quiet fitness center. Kid-Friendly!!

I don’t often leave reviews but what I may consider not so good may not make any difference to someone else.

Beds- They are really FIRM. My husband would prefer a firm bed and he said that it felt like sleeping on the floor, no give at all.

Ocean View- if you get on a lower floor you will see more trees and concrete than ocean.

Breakfast- was decent

Walls are thin so if you have noisy neighbors you will hear everything but security was helping.

Pool- was the tiniest pool and shallow so if you like it hot and intimate, you will be happy.

If you want to go to the beach and want chairs, bring your own or you can rent 2 chairs and a umbrella for $30. That doesn’t have anything to do with the hotel.

My mom and I go to Miami Beach often and have stayed in this hotel twice, unfortunately (or fortunately?) after our third time we are not going back :).

We were shooting for an early check-in (which we were expecting/willing to pay for) and arrived to the hotel at around 5:30am. Unfortunately, we were greeted by what has been probably the worst customer service/treatment I've received in a hotel. Two ladies that clearly hate their jobs basically kicked us out of the hotel because they couldn't accommodate us as early check-ins. I had tried to inform the hotel about this through Booking, to later find out they have issues with messages through that platform.

The two ladies just had this tone, very rude and disrespectful. After a conversation, my mom and I decided to leave and try to find another hotel. Minutes later we came back, to insist on getting a room (advised by another receptionist in another hotel), yet these two ladies insisted in their rudeness. One of them, called the hotel manager, who didn't answer, and left a voicemail trying to sound like a victim of the whole situation, and clearly only told parts of the story. Unfortunately, I coudln't speak to the manager. My mom and I decided to stay at a couch in the lobby until the next shift arrived.

At 7:00 Marissa arrived, which was a whole other story. She was attentive and respectful and apologetic about the whole situation. At this point you just want to be heard. She offered us a key card to use the restroom and some water (which hadn't happened before believe it or not). Marissa scrambled around to try and get us a room asap and a couple hours later we got it.

Our check-in experience was with Janeth and was smooth. She was very nice and respectful.

Two great receptionists, two terrible ones and thanks to that unfortunately we won't be going back. I hope this helps to evaluate the people that are on night shifts.
