Booked at room with a partial ocean view. The view was awful, nothing like the photo and I was looking at an abandoned building and was extremely small. We did not have parking because the lady said it is 1st come 1st serve and not enough for everyone. 2nd room 403 the toilet overflowed and we had to clean it up ourselves. No one ever came to check on it or clean it up. The toilet overflowed again and nothing. I went downstairs and spoke with 2 different managers and they said they would check on it. NEVER DID, NEVER EVEN HAD ANYONE TO COME TO THE ROOM. I looked for another hotel and there were non available due to it being a holiday. The hotel charged me for the entire stay on the 1st day and charged me for a room that I was not even in. At check out they didn't even have me in the system so the young lady had to create a receipt to print for me and write on the bottom of it. I was charged for the umbrella and chair at this resort which was odd, considering all other resort umbrellas and chairs are free with your stay. I still have not been contacted. I called the corporate office and I have spoke with a customer service rep and still have not got anything. But they charged me $1,800 for crap
