On the beach and close to everything. Need a laundry card but have to put $5.00 at a time on it and not just what you need so your laundry cost you more cause they don’t give you back what you use but you have to give back cards. Next time I’ll stay at a hotel.

Great view and good internet. The staff at the desk immediately bombard you with a list of rules and they generally behave as though their job is to keep you in line rather than to help you. A lot of needless duplication of check in steps with a security desk. Bathroom needs an update. Large deposit and resort fees make the price misleading. 10 AM check out with no exceptions is a minus. It's a shame that the service is like this because we would otherwise have been delighted with the stay.
We are extremely sad to hear about the aspects of your stay that were less than acceptable, especially the lack of quality customer service.

Extremely poor service and bad bad Gym including Hotel.
Room ok, but basically because of the view.
Reception is not 24/7, Valet and Security are not at all service minded, and everything seemed very cheap and dirty.
Completely ruined gym, with nothing that's works, and dumbbells falling apart.
Parking is only Valet, so no free parking. Not included, but comes in the 30$ resort fee, which also gives access to the very very few sunbeds.

Not the best stay. Reception, not welcoming, so bad first impression. If you want any local information I, e bus times etc don't bother with the reception desk. Rooms are very rundown, we had a fridge freezer and microwave. By the photos we thought we had a fully working kitchen. Bathroom is old and badly maintained. We had lukewarm to cold showers, 3 times we asked to get maintenance out, but as we were only staying 6 nights we gave up. Air conditioning very noisy. The good about the room. Great view, comfy bed and good quality towels. WiFi is good too. No kettle or hairdryer which should come as standard equipment. The cafe is dirty and the breakfast was awful, we didn't go again. Unless you get a bargain don't waste your money

The shower flooded, with tons of black hair (im blond) DISGUSTING!
In addition, as there are people living in the hotel they are allowed to make noise from 9 to 17 mon-fri. In our vacations, we woke up the 3 days 9 am because our neighbors used the drill THE WHOLE DAY!! This totally ruined the view by the sea.
And final, we arrived the last day and there is no water in the building, the receptionist at the moment kindly offer us to give a room from 10 to 12 that are empty to shower since we could not do it and we had to go to the airport aferwards. So next day when we do the check out ready to do as told the other latin receptionist told us it was imposible someone offered that, basically calling us liars.
