Disappointed especially for the price paid. Rooms are just very old looking. Knats flying in the lobby and restaurant area. Food in the restaurant is very over priced and we waited an hour for our food. Waiters and bartender were very unfriendly.

For the price that we actually paid it was just very disappointing. Our room and small cramped. The parking was ridiculously hard to get to and they didn’t even have a name on the hotel probably because they were embarrassed. That said they were in a really great location, but it just doesn’t equal the amount of money we had to spend for this room.

I booked this online and knew the location was great. It’s opposite Bayside Market and very close to tour bus stops, Brightline train and lots of tourist traps. So that’s excellent. It’s a 10 storey tied-looking building though with minimal branding and a large development site just starting next door. To be fair I heard no noise form that but it is going to be a factor in certain rooms (my room was 921 and it looked directly onto the development site).
The room was tired-looking and smaller than I am used to in USA. Likewise the bathroom. I was there for 2 nights only. I did have a good comfortable sleep both nights. Downstairs is an in-house bar/restaurant. It was never busy when I passed.
I thought that I had paid a reasonable amount for a hotel room (c£200 per night) so I was disappointed in what I got. Maybe that’s just Miami prices!!

This hotel is undergoing renovations and, when we arrived, had no external signage. Absent the familiar Holiday Inn signage, we drove by the building twice before figuring out that it was our destination.
While the property refreshment is required, the hotel's location across the street from the Bayside Marketplace is terrific. Bayside has many shops and restaurants to choose from. Most importantly, it is the departure and return location for many bus and boat tours of Miami. This is a significant convenience for visitors who want to avoid driving in the congested downtown Miami traffic.
Our room was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Avoid like the plague. The management and staff should all be fired for incompetence. This place was the worst. Horrible service all around. Tried to do laundry at the self service facility, what a nightmare. Bring your own quarters ($2.50 per machine).
