I have NEVER had such an awful experience! This is definitely one of those where the other bad reviews are definitely warranted and should be believed.

We are not even going to discuss how dirty the room was and the mold stains and cobwebs in the room. Or the fact that the AC was hardly working. I do not care. I did not expect the Ritz Carlton when booking. It was one quick night. If I would’ve booked longer - I would’ve left.

What I care about was that whomever stayed in the room next to us (I believe it was 139) was outside their room ALL NIGHT talking loudly and smoking! Our entire room smelled of cigarette smoke. I called the front desk more times than I can count and got NO answer! For obvious safety reasons I was not about to leave my room as they would have known it was us who complaint. I got maybe 3 hours (once they finally stop going in and out at 2 am) of sleep and that is as unacceptable as the fact that NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE all night!!!! I am not a light sleeper. But I could not go to sleep because of the smell and the constant TALKING!

The pool area looked not very clean and run down as well.

I can’t speak on breakfast as we definitely did not feel the need to even try.

Worst. The room smell smoke, room dirty, lock door broken, the bed was broken and fridge so loud.Was a good hotel, but today never more. Unfortunately. Very sad. We stayed in the bottom, sincerely very sad.

The pictures that I looked at on Trip Advisor are not correct. The room was nice and clean, and that's where everything ended. I was charged a resort fee? For what? The pool area was a disaster, the washers and dryers are totally disgusting. The ice machine is so dirty and didn't work anyway, and the the breakfast area that they show on trip advisor is a lie. If you were not there at 6am when they had breakfast which was muffins, juice if you lucky, coffee if there was any left, and one waffle maker that when the mix ran out you were out of luck. I booked here for 3 nights and it was 3 nights too long. PLEASE look else where.
