Positives include location within 5 miles of the parks and the cheap price. Pool was open and very nice, but evening found it monopolized by a group of 20 somethings playing loud music with profane lyrics and smoking weed. Room was clean, but smelled a little musty. Well appointed with frig, microwave, cable tv, and a nice shower. To go breakfast provided in AM, but had to ask for paper goods as someone had reportedly “cleaned them out.” The bed was tolerable comfort wise, but springs squeaked loudly every time you moved. The worst part was the guy in the room next door talking loudly on speaker phone right outside our room at 2:30am! We waited 15 minutes for him to quiet down, then my boyfriend went to the door and told him to move his conversation elsewhere. Returned to bed then guy is knocking on our door trying to justify his behavior. I warned the guy that I was calling the hotel manager as we shut and locked the door, then next door called the manager to complain about us! Didn’t get much sleep and left in AM. Our 3rd stay here and likely our last!

We had booked ahead of time through Priceline the day of arrival we got to the hotel to check in but the doors were locked and no one was up front. There was a sign that said please ring bell for assistance. We rang the bell several times with no answer. We even called the hotel with no answer as well. After 40 minutes of trying to figure where the front desk Person was to get checked in, we decided to call Priceline customer service. While calling there was multiple guest showing up trying to check in as well or trying to enter the hotel in general. Most people where locked out with no way to get their belongings or to rest. Priceline also tried calling with no answer and ended up processing us for a refund. We then spent the rest of the night trying to book a hotel last minute which is hard to do in Orlando since it is a hot spot. Definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I read loads of reviews leading up to my holiday and as it was too late to change hotels, I was worried about staying here. Yes, it is a little run down, but my room was clean. No bugs, no smells, no stains so I can’t fault the room itself. Upon arrival, a older lady came into reception whilst I was checking in and stated to the guy at reception that she was standing at the bus shelter and she was getting abuse from other people. He just told her that he’s dealing with us and he didn’t seem willing to do something about it when she obviously felt unsafe. No one came around during our stay to give fresh towels or new toilet rolls and we were there for 14 nights. We had to go and ask for towels and toilet rolls. We also couldn’t do any laundry at the hotel because they said it was out of order. Reading other reviews before I went, I thought it was a bit odd that the laundry room had been out of use for such a long time. Also, the fitness room was out of use too (not that I wanted to use it). Overall, the room was fine for what I wanted it for as it was only somewhere to sleep, but the laundry room not up and running and getting no towels or toilet rolls was a inconvenience. I also felt quite uncomfortable walking from my room to reception one night on my own to go and ask for a toilet roll. Not a awful hotel and believe there’s much worse out there, but it’s not great.

Stayed here for 5nights, went to Universal studios and legoland. Location is amazing. About 15-20mins drive to universal, disney, and outlet mall. Right outside hotels are discount stores, cvs, walgreens, pizza hut, popeyes, tacobell, olive garden and more. Hotel room is clean, towels not sure, staff are friendly. For breakfast you get egg, sausage, waffles, and pastries everyday with juice, coffee or milk. Overall, not bad for the price.

First: it is suppose to be a no smoking hotel yet the maid is smoking cigarettes as she cleans the rooms
Chairs at the breakfast area are broken, the tables were dirty. No fruit what so ever at breakfast
Garbage at the pool and other walkways never got picked up. The bathrooms in the gym and lobby were not cleaned in the four days we were there. The internet did not work in our room for the four days we were there.
There was a leak dripping into our bathroom from the upstairs room. The doors have no seals or sweeps so the light and insects come in.
Plus, the room was clean and front desk staff were nice.
Clearly this place lacks a competent manager, because no one is paying attention to what is or isn’t getting done.

A little over a month ago we stayed here. This place was terrible. They don't make the bed, or bring towels or toilet paper. I wanted to shower after walking around all day at Universal and the shower wouldn't work. I called the front desk and was informed that the staff that would handle that leave at 4pm and that I'd have to wait till the next day to shower. WHAT???!?? I could've slept in my car at the Walmart parking lot for free!!! The breakfast sandwich tasted like cardboard and the coffee was horrible. Save yourself some stress and annoyances and stay elsewhere. The room smelled of mold. Don't waste your time here.

Awesome hotel, but someone came in despite our Do Not Disturb sign hanging on outside of door.

It's a beautiful hotel.

Most of the parking is along back and sides.

Their lobby is welcoming with nice seating, a cafe, a gift shop to the right of the front entrance and some arcade games off to the side at the back by the pool area.

Their pool area is open sometimes but it's not a heated pool.
The hot tub is closed for some reason.
They have a little waterfall pool, and an outdoor cafe but not sure if that was just closed during our stay or during the winter season.
There are bathrooms and showers out there too.

We take our luggage up the stairs to our room without bothering to look for an elevator which they had down at the middle of the hotel at the L shape.
They also had a luggage rack.

The stairs had some rust and the garbage cans were pretty gross, like they hadn't been scrubbed in a while.

We get to our room and it's a nice room.

Very clean room and bathroom, nice long counter in the bathroom, beautiful shower, plenty of sleeping space, and everything we needed.

Only problem I noticed was some tissue left at the bottom of the toilet on the side from whoever stayed before or the housekeeper.

Bed was comfy, I loved having the coffee maker, and getting a nice variety of food for breakfast.

We got to pick our main course (Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, danish or muffin), choice of side (yogurt or fruit cup) and drink (milk, juice or I think water).
Not a ton of food, but way better than just a bagel or muffin.
Nice amount of seating in breakfast area.

In the morning, it was so beautiful and bright. Wonderful view of the property and surrounding areas.

Nighttime was quiet.

Service was great and friendly.

Recommend this hotel if you're looking for something cheap but still overall nice and close to things.

I titled this review this was because they charge almost $10 for a "resort fee". The front desk person Bill was very nice & helpful. He thanked me for being a diamond member & upgraded me to a suite. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I originally chose this place because they offered truck parking. There is truck parking but not for tractor trailers.

We went into the first room upon arrival, and the floor was sticky, the bed was dirty, and the bedside table had a sticky substance on it. The phone then rang, and we were told that they accidentally put us in a dirty room. Ok, no problem. They gave us another room, but were immediately met with an overwhelming deodorizing smell that was clearly masking a musty smell. We opened the door and turned on the air conditioner, but it didn’t help. I was determined to make it work, but after 10 mins, my migraine started, and my husband’s throat was burning. We immediately checked out! Then, the next day, not only were we charged once, but we were charged a second time for the full amount of the stay. Then they tried to tell us we were lying! We had to show them our bank info. We were lucky because my brother lives in town, and we were able to stay with him. The whole incident really put a damper on our trip because we were on the phone constantly, and visiting the hotel again to get it straightened out. I should have known this was not the place for us due to the price, BUT, we have spent less at other locations and had a nice stay.

Expect to bring your own breakfast & possibly your own personal pool. Pictures are worth 1000 words. Breakfast supposed to be served from 6am - 9am they stopped at 8:15am & refused to accommodate us paying customers. Took away the sausage at 8am bc I arrived at 8:15am. Not that they had much of a selection. Look at the empty counter space at Breakfast tables. Pool has mold.

The waters are always warmer in Southern Florida, either the east or west coast. So I would say Miami, Naples, Fort Myers, Marco Island, Sanibel and other nearby coastal cities would have warm beaches.
